Seaduction at the Waikīkī Aquarium

This Valentine’s Day, fall head over fins at the Waikīkī Aquarium’s beloved Seaduction event! Whether you’re celebrating with your Valentine, Galentine, or looking for a night to remember, this intimate evening features live music, delectable cuisine from Chart House Waikiki, and insights into the mating behaviors of marine animals. Choose from three unique seating options:

Table for Eight – 1 available (SOLD OUT): Located in front of the highly coveted Hunters on the Reef exhibit. This exclusive table includes welcome champagne for eight guests, five bottles of wine, keepsake glasses, and a three-course dinner service within the galleries.

Table for Two – 4 available (SOLD OUT): Romantic tables for two will be arranged throughout the Aquarium’s galleries, fronting exhibits such as Barrier Reef, Moon Jellies, Reef Predators, Weedy Seadragons, and more. Includes welcome champagne, one bottle of wine (choice of red or white), keepsake glasses, and a three-course dinner service within the galleries.

General Admission: Guests can enjoy a beautiful sunset over Waikīkī and an evening under the stars with table seating on the Aquarium lawn. Includes welcome champagne and a buffet dinner.

The evening’s menu will feature a culinary experience provided by Chart House Waikiki, including:

Menu – Table for Two, Table for Eight

  • Appetizer: Mixed green salad with mango dressing
  • Entrée (choice of one) served with choice of mashed potatoes or white rice
    • Miso Butterfish served with marinated mixed veggies
    • Ora King Salmon with lemon dill beurre blanc & fried capers
    • Herb Roasted Prime Rib, slow roasted, house-made au jus & horseradish cream sauce
    • Vegan Loco Moco served with brown rice
    • Coconut Vegan Curry Tofu served with brown rice
  • Dessert: NY Caramel Cheesecake or Haupia

Guests can pair their meal with either red or white wine. Sparkling cider is available as a non-alcoholic option. Guests with a Table for Two will be contacted in advance to confirm their wine selection.

Menu – General Admission on the Lawn

  • Appetizer: Mixed green salad with mango dressing
  • Entrees:
    • Island mahi-mahi with mac nut & mango salsa or Atlantic Salmon with lemon dill beurre blanc & fried capers
    • Garlic mochiko chicken or BBQ chicken with house-made BBQ sauce
    • Vegan coconut curry (upon request)
  • Sides: Rice, fried noodles, stir-fry veggies
  • Dessert: Mini crème brulee

The evening begins at 5:30 p.m. with a champagne reception and gallery-viewing, followed by dinner at 6:15 p.m. Pricing is $2,500 for a Table for Eight, $325 for a Table for Two, and $80 per person for General Admission. All proceeds benefit the Waikīkī Aquarium.
