Kilo i’a Magazine

Kilo i‘a is published quarterly by the University of Hawai‘i and the Friends of the Waikīkī Aquarium. It is dedicated to increasing the community’s knowledge of the Waikīkī Aquarium and Hawai‘i’s marine life.

A full-color magazine, Kilo i‘a, introduces readers to the fascinating undersea world found at the Waikīkī Aquarium. Each issue focuses on the amazing animals we work with – from the sublime to the bizarre, goes behind the scenes to learn about the ground-breaking work of our staff and explores the issues impacting our marine environments.
